Tom initially joined Hospital Innovations as a distribution assistant, before working his way up to Supply Chain Manager. Through Tom’s product knowledge and problem-solving attitude he has now moved into a Business Continuity Management position where he is the link between the supply chain, the sales & marketing team and the customer base.
