Perio fascia lata allograft is a fibrous connective tissue recovered from the lateral aspect of the thigh. It is a cell-occlusive, biocompatible membrane that is well tolerated by the recipient. Perio fascia lata is commonly used for ridge preservation procedures;,  where guided bone regeneration is required or for periodontal defects; where guided tissue regeneration is required.
