Bone wedges consist of a dense cancellous body that can be re-shaped in theatre; with either single or multiple cortical ridges for additional structure when implanting. Allograft bone wedges eliminate donor site morbidity associated with autograft harvesting and provide a natural scaffold for bone ingrowth.
