Phil has more than 35 years’ experience in orthopaedics, having held a number of senior positions at Johnson & Johnson, Depuy Orthopaedics and Plus Orthopedics; undertaking National, European and International responsibilities. Phil was central to the creation of Plus Orthopedics UK in 2000, later acquired by Smith and Nephew in 2007. In 2008, Phil set-up Hospital Innovations to fulfil the growing demand for human tissue in the UK.
